Qualifications

• Must have an active Top-Secret clearance.
• Associate's degree in computer science, Computer Information Systems or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• 2 years of related IT experience.

Responsibilities

• Resolve end-user support tickets and troubleshoot hardware/software issues.
• Install, configure, and update workstations, peripherals, and operating systems.
• Monitor LAN, Wi‑Fi, routers and switches to maximize uptime.
• Enforce basic cybersecurity measures and run data backups.
