Job summary

Brooksource is seeking a Recruiter to source and place IT talent for Fortune 500 clients. You’ll build strong relationships with candidates, guide them through interviews and offers, and help clients find the best fits to meet their needs.

Responsibilities

Partner with the sales team to identify client hiring needs and develop targeted talent strategies.
Build and maintain relationships with candidates, guiding them through interviews and job offers.
Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Provide coaching on resumes, interviews, and job offers to ensure candidate success.
Deliver excellent onboarding and post-placement support.
Meet weekly metrics, including calls, interviews, and placements.
Set and track personal and team goals with manager support.
