Motion Recruitment is seeking a Junior IT Project Manager for our client in Douglasville, PA. You will coordinate client IT projects, from onboarding to migrations, serving as the main contact through the full lifecycle.

The role targets individuals coming from Customer Success, Account Management, or Project Coordination, with a focus on clear business communications and collaboration with engineers. A proactive, organized mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in client-facing roles such as Customer Success, Account Management, or Project Coordination.
• Experience managing multiple priorities, deadlines and stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication with a client-first approach.
• Experience maintaining project documents, timelines, or status reports.
• Comfortable facilitating meetings with clients and internal teams.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Ability to identify issues early and escalate appropriately.
• Team player who can work independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day execution of client IT projects, including scheduling and milestones.
• Serve as primary client contact, providing regular status updates.
• Coordinate engineers, technicians, and vendors to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain project documentation such as scopes of work, plans, risks, and notes.
• Lead kickoff calls, status meetings, and closeout reviews.
• Identify risks and blockers and escalate as needed.
• Support transition to ongoing managed services with handoffs to teams.
• Contribute to process improvements and lessons learned.
• Assist senior PMs with larger engagements.
