Job summary

Motion Recruitment Partners LLC is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead infrastructure initiatives near Douglasville, PA. You will be the primary client contact, coordinating internal teams and vendors, and ensuring projects are organized, on schedule, and communicated clearly at every step.

The role requires strong client-facing communication, proven coordination skills, and a solid understanding of IT infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Excellent client-facing communication skills and ability to translate tech for non-technical audiences.
• Proven experience coordinating internal teams, vendors, and clients toward deadlines.
• Working knowledge of IT infrastructure basics (servers, VoIP, networking).
• Familiarity with PSA/ticketing/project management platforms like ConnectWise is a plus.
• Experience in consulting, MSP, or customer-focused environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for clients throughout infrastructure projects with clear expectations.
• Coordinate internal resources and external vendors to keep projects moving smoothly.
• Manage timelines, tasks, and priorities to stay on budget and within scope.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, proactively addressing needs.
• Document project plans and decisions clearly for clients and teams.
• Utilize ConnectWise or similar platforms to track milestones and issues.
• Identify risks early and coordinate teams to resolve delays quickly.
