Job summary

The Arc of Monroe is seeking an IT Help Desk Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for technology support. In partnership with the MSP, you will provide frontline technical support, resolve routine issues, and coordinate escalations to ensure employees receive timely assistance.

_required qualifications include an associate degree or equivalent, 1–2 years of IT support experience, and familiarity with Windows and Microsoft 365. Transportation to multiple sites is required._

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in IT/CS or related field.
• 1–2 years of IT help desk or desktop support experience preferred.
• Experience supporting Windows and Microsoft 365 environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline technical support across The Arc of Monroe.
• Resolve routine technology issues and coordinate escalations.
