Job summary

The Arc of Monroe seeks an Application Systems Administrator to administer and secure enterprise business applications, including HRIS and EHR. You will work with vendors and the MSP to ensure reliability, security, and alignment with organizational goals, acting as the primary SME for configured systems.

Responsibilities include configuring, testing, and releasing updates, driving process improvements, and developing documentation and user adoption strategies across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, MIS, or related field; plus five years relevant experience supporting an EHR and/or HRIS.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, secure, integrate, optimize and support enterprise business applications (HRIS/EHR).
• Lead configuration, testing, release management, process improvement, documentation and user adoption initiatives.
• Act as SME for assigned systems and coordinate with vendors and MSP.
