Job summary

Revolution Technologies in Boca Raton, FL is seeking a Jr. Help Desk Support Technician to provide hands-on IT support for hardware, software, and AV setups.

You will work on-site 7:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m., Monday–Friday, participate in after-hours on-call, assist with asset tracking, documentation, and travel to remote locations as needed; strong communication and team collaboration required.

Qualifications

• 0–1 year IT support experience with basic hardware, software, and troubleshooting knowledge.
• Ability to quickly learn new systems in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and adaptability.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and work independently or in a team.
• Effective under pressure with strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, mobile devices, printers, and scanners.
• Assist in coordinating audiovisual setups and video conferencing support.
• Monitor and maintain computer systems using AD and MECM.
• Identify and diagnose hardware, software, or network-related issues and develop resolution plans.
• Collaborate with other IT teams on projects and initiatives.
• Work onsite during hours 7:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m., Monday–Friday.
• Participate in after-hours on-call rotation.
• Travel to remote locations to provide support as needed.
