Job summary

Revolution Technologies is seeking an IT Support Technician to maintain and troubleshoot enterprise hardware and software in a commutable location to Pompano Beach, FL.

The role provides in-person and remote support, asset tracking, documentation, installation, remediation, and escalation as needed. You will work with MS 365 apps, Windows 10/11, and collaboration tools, with on-site hours 7am–6pm, Monday through Friday and after-hours on-call rotation.

Qualifications

• IT Enterprise experience is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or relevant education is a plus.
• Ability to learn new systems and software in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills, critical and analytical thinking, and the ability to adapt to change.

Responsibilities

• Installs and configures computer hardware, software, systems, mobile devices, printers, and scanners.
• Assists in coordinating audiovisual setups and video conferencing support.
• Virtual Meeting Applications knowledge preferred (MS Teams, Zoom, GoTo, etc.)
• Audiovisual Equipment knowledge preferred (Microsoft Teams Rooms certified equipment)
• Monitors and maintains computer systems using Active Directory and MECM.
• Identify and diagnose hardware, software, or network-related problems and plan resolutions.
• Suggest strategies to increase efficiencies with new practices, devices, and/or software.
• Proficiency in Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams) and Windows 10/11.
• Collaborate with other IT areas on projects and initiatives.
• Onsite hours 7:00 am–6:00 pm, Monday–Friday; participate in after-hours on-call rotation.
• Travel to remote locations to provide support as needed.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
