Qualifications

• Associate’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of full-time, verifiable IT work experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to present technical information clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work independently with initiative and manage tasks with minimal supervision.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with users and actively listen to their needs.
• Experience diagnosing hardware, software (Windows, macOS, Android, iOS), and basic network issues.
• Experience with Microsoft endpoint management (Intune, ConfigMgr) and Microsoft Entra ID/Active Directory.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user desktop support across departments and prioritize tasks.
• Troubleshoot desktop hardware/software issues and perform initial escalation when needed.
• Support core applications (Office, Google Workspace, Adobe Acrobat) and provide user guidance.
• Assist with device enrollment, security, data migration, and asset management.
• Log all activities in the ticketing system and follow escalation procedures.
• Collaborate with OIT and external resources to resolve incidents and share knowledge.
