Ignite IT is seeking a Junior IT Asset Management Technician to support the daily operations of an enterprise IT Asset Management program. You will receive, track, issue, inventory, relocate, and dispose of government-owned IT equipment while maintaining accurate asset records in ServiceNow (SNOW).

The ideal candidate has 5 years of IT Asset Management experience and hands-on SNOW expertise, with a strong focus on asset lifecycle, inventory accuracy, and customer service in a structured

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of IT Asset Management experience.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience using ServiceNow (SNOW) for IT Asset Management.
• Experience managing the complete IT asset lifecycle, including: Receiving, Inventory control, Asset issuance, Asset recovery, Asset relocation, Asset disposal.
• Experience performing physical inventories and inventory reconciliation.
• Familiarity with asset tagging and barcode systems.
• Strong understanding of IT asset lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, with an emphasis on Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Receive, track, issue, inventory, relocate, and dispose of government-owned IT equipment.
• Maintain accurate asset records in ServiceNow (SNOW).
• Perform physical inventories and reconcile discrepancies.
• Tag assets and manage barcode systems.
• Collaborate with IT teams to support asset lifecycle processes.
