Job summary

Ignite IT seeks a Junior IT Asset Management Technician to support the daily operations of an enterprise IT Asset Management program. You will receive, track, inventory, relocate, issue, and dispose of government-owned IT equipment while maintaining accurate asset records in SNOW.

You will work with IT teams to ensure asset lifecycle accountability, perform physical inventories, and maintain tagging accuracy across devices, monitors, and peripherals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience managing the full IT asset lifecycle and maintaining inventory accountability.
• Strong customer service in a structured, process-driven environment.
• Familiarity with government-owned IT equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive, track, issue, inventory, relocate, and dispose of government IT equipment while maintaining accurate records in SNOW.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure asset accuracy and lifecycle compliance.
• Perform physical inventories and asset tagging.
