Ignite IT is seeking a Junior IT Asset Management Technician to support daily operations of an enterprise IT Asset Management program. You will be responsible for receiving, tracking, issuing, inventorying, relocating, and disposing of government-owned IT equipment while maintaining accurate asset records in ServiceNow (SNOW).

Qualifications

• Experience managing the full IT asset lifecycle.
• Strong inventory reconciliation and tagging systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Office.
• Customer service in a structured, process-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive IT assets and track them in SNOW.
• Inventory, relocate, issue, recover and dispose of assets.
• Maintain accurate asset records and lifecycle data.
• Conduct physical inventories and reconcile discrepancies.
• Collaborate with IT teams to optimize asset processes.
