Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficient with Microsoft Office and related software applications.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer questions via phone, email, and in-person.
• Assist clients with new quotes, updating policies, payments, and other services.
• Schedule appointments and maintain calendar.
