Floor Coating Installer

No floor coating experience required. We will train the right person!

Castle Floor Coatings is looking for a dependable, hardworking person to join our installation team. This is a hands-on position for someone who takes pride in a job well done, enjoys seeing the finished results of their work, and wants to build practical skills in the floor-coating industry.

Previous epoxy or floor-coating experience is not required. We will train the right person. Experience in landscaping, construction, contracting, painting, general labor, installation, maintenance, or another physically active field is helpful, but a strong work ethic, a proven employment history, and the willingness to learn matter most.

Our strongest candidate will be ready to contribute from day one, work well as part of a crew, and provide the level of professionalism and customer service our clients expect.

What You Will Do

• Learn to install professional epoxy and decorative floor-coating systems
• Prepare concrete surfaces using professional tools and equipment
• Assist with mixing, applying, and finishing coating materials
• Load, unload, organize, and care for tools, materials, and equipment
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe jobsites
• Follow the installation process carefully and complete work to company quality standards
• Communicate respectfully and professionally with customers
• Work closely with the installation team to complete projects efficiently
