Responsibilities

• Provide timely shipment updates for import shipments.
• Coordinate with customers, carriers, and partners on status.
• Maintain professionalism and customer service.
• Escalate delays and issues appropriately.
• Track shipments and maintain visibility.
• Prepare shipping documentation and ensure cargo availability.
• Share customs clearance requirements with stakeholders.
• Assist with issue investigations and corrective actions.
