Burrow Global LLC in Houston, TX is seeking a Junior I&E Designer to support the automation division under supervision. The role focuses on learning and assisting in the development of Instrument and Electrical designs, including 2D CAD work and vendor documentation review.

You will work under detailed guidance to develop skills in AutoCAD and CadWorx, perform loop drawings, and contribute to design criteria while adhering to codes and project practices in a fast-paced engineering environment.

Formación

• 3-5 years of I&E drafting/design experience using AutoCAD and CadWorx.
• Fast and accurate drafting skills.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with team members, supervisors, and clients.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Walkdown experience is desired.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in the preparation of 2D CAD drawings using AutoCAD and CadWorx, including instrument location plans, isometrics, and sketches.
• Create and update loop drawings and confirm loop check details.
• Learn to analyze and make recommendations based on project objectives and guidelines.
• Develop and review design specifications under supervision.
• Review drawings and vendor equipment documentation for compliance with project requirements.
