  • Familiarity with HRIS and ATS platforms (UKG, Dayforce, iCIMS, etc.).

Responsibilities

  • HR Data reporting — Maintain recurring HR reports with data accuracy.
  • Ad-hoc reporting — Produce one-off reports for HR leadership and teams.
  • I-9 maintenance — Manage I-9 documentation and compliance.
  • Monthly license verifications — Check licenses and certifications monthly.
  • AI technology adoption and maintenance — Monitor HR chatbot performance and flag issues.
  • System maintenance — Update employee records and support HR systems.
  • DocuWare file uploads — Upload and index new-hire documents.
  • Compliance & documentation — Support audits and ensure HR policy adherence.
  • Process improvement — Identify inefficiencies and propose data-driven improvements.
