Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Public Administration, Management, Psychology, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Relevant professional experience in human resources, human capital management, workforce planning, program support, business analysis, organizational development, or a related area.
  • Foundational understanding of human resources principles and the employee lifecycle.
  • Strong research, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to collect, organize, analyze, and summarize information accurately.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prepare professional reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and program documentation.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments, priorities, and deadlines.
  • U.S. Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day support for human capital and workforce planning projects and programs.
  • Assist senior HR analysts and program leadership with implementation of strategic workforce and human capital initiatives.
  • Conduct research and gather information to support HR programs, workforce studies, and organizational initiatives.
  • Assist with workforce data collection, validation, organization, analysis, and reporting.
  • Support development of workforce metrics, reports, presentations, dashboards, and briefing materials.
  • Assist with competency assessments, workforce gap analyses, and training needs assessments.
  • Support hiring, onboarding, talent development, retention, succession planning, and workforce engagement initiatives.
  • Assist with documenting current-state HR processes and identifying opportunities for process improvement.
  • Develop and maintain program documentation, templates, checklists, forms, trackers, standard operating procedures, and guidebooks.
  • Assist with project schedules, milestones, deliverables, action items, and status tracking.
  • Coordinate meetings, stakeholder interviews, working groups, training sessions, and other program activities.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, notes, action-item trackers, correspondence, and follow-up documentation.
  • Assist with recurring and ad hoc human capital reporting and analysis.
  • Support development of presentations, reports, executive summaries, and recommendations.
  • Maintain accurate project files, records, and supporting documentation.
  • Provide administrative and analytical support to ensure projects and deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule.

Job description

Human Capital Resources and Concepts, Inc. (HCRC) is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior HR Solutions Analyst to support human capital, workforce planning, program management, and workforce development initiatives for a federal government program.

The Junior HR Solutions Analyst will work as part of an integrated human capital team, providing research, analytical, administrative, and project support across multiple HR programs and initiatives. The position will assist senior team members with workforce analysis, program documentation, data collection and reporting, process improvement, stakeholder coordination, and development of human capital tools and resources.

This position is ideal for an HR professional who has foundational experience in human resources or workforce programs and is interested in expanding their expertise in strategic human capital management and federal workforce planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day support for human capital and workforce planning projects and programs.

  • Experience supporting a Department of Defense (DoD) or other Federal Government organization.
  • Experience supporting federal human resources or human capital programs.
  • Experience with workforce planning, workforce analytics, or HR data.
  • Experience supporting hiring, onboarding, training, talent management, succession planning, or employee engagement programs.
  • Experience preparing HR reports, metrics, dashboards, or presentations.
  • Experience supporting project management activities, including schedules, trackers, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Experience conducting research and preparing findings or recommendations.
  • Familiarity with federal HR policies, programs, or workforce management practices.
  • Experience working in a collaborative, deadline-driven environment.
