Qualifications

• 1–3 years of HR administration, onboarding, or recruiting coordination experience.
• Experience coordinating onboarding activities and maintaining employee information.
• Workday experience strongly preferred, especially onboarding workflows and employee transactions.
• Proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Attention to detail, strong organization and follow-through.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute offer letters and onboarding documents.
• Initiate and monitor background checks and follow up on requirements.
• Track completion of new hire paperwork and onboarding tasks.
• Send welcome emails, first-day instructions, and orientation information.
• Enter and maintain employee information and process onboarding transactions in Workday.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and internal teams to prepare for new hire start dates.
• Maintain onboarding trackers and communicate updates or delays.
• Process approved employee changes and maintain confidential HR records.
• Respond to routine employee questions and escalate complex issues.
• Assist with routine HR reporting, timecard and PTO inquiries, and offboarding administration.
• Support additional HR administrative tasks and projects as assigned.
