Three Saints Bay, LLC, via Ocean Bay, LLC, seeks a Junior HR Specialist in Crane, IN to support HR, EEO, recruiting, staffing, policy, and workforce development. You will work with systems like DCPDS, N-ERP, TWMS, and DISS to provide data-driven recommendations for officials and employees.

The ideal candidate has 2-5 years of HR experience, an associate degree (bachelor’s preferred), and the ability to apply applicable laws and policies.

Formación

• 2-5 years of HR experience required.
• Associates Required, Bachelor’s preferred in related field.
• Experience with HR systems and data analysis preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide HR support across planning, policy, analysis, recruiting, staffing, and workforce development.
• Support administration, records management, reporting, and meetings.
• Develop reporting tools and training for HR processes and systems.
• Forecast workforce requirements and conduct data analysis to inform decisions.
