Job summary

Lagom, a fast-growing consumer brand, seeks a Junior Growth Marketing Specialist to support CRM/email marketing and paid advertising across its DTC brands. This hands-on role offers guidance with a path toward greater ownership as you grow into a well-rounded growth marketer.

You’ll start by handling email/SMS campaigns, copywriting, design coordination, and content production while partnering on A/B tests and campaign optimization. A data-driven mindset and curiosity are essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of marketing work experience; agency experience is preferred.
• Comfortable working with data and spreadsheets.
• Basic understanding of layout, typography, visual hierarchy.
• Comfortable using AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude) to support research and identification of opportunities.
• Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta Ads, or GA4 is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build, schedule, and monitor email/SMS campaigns and automated flows in Klaviyo.
• Support email/SMS campaign planning, copywriting, design coordination, and content production.
• Assist A/B testing to improve email content, offers, timing, and performance.
• Manage customer segments, signup forms, list growth, and basic CRM reporting.
• Monitor deliverability, sender health, and retention metrics.
