Red Seal Recruiting Ltd. is seeking a Junior Graphic Designer in New York, NY to support licensed sleepwear, loungewear, and intimate apparel development. The role emphasizes Adobe Illustrator expertise, a strong design eye, and interest in apparel specifications and manufacturing processes.

You will work with entertainment properties and collaborate across teams to ensure designs meet brand standards and licensing requirements throughout the product development cycle.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Illustration or related discipline.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator required; familiarity with Photoshop is a plus.
• Strong visual design abilities and attention to detail.
• Interest in licensed merchandise and apparel product development.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines with organization.

Responsabilidades

• Artwork & Graphic Development: create graphics, prints, patterns for licensed apparel.
• Technical Documentation: draft and maintain tech packs and specs for production.
• Product Design & Development: collaborate to move concepts to production.
• Sample Evaluation: review samples for accuracy, color matching, and placement.
• Team & Vendor Coordination: work with merchandising, production, and suppliers.
• File & Specification Management: organize artwork files and specs for repeat production.
• Packaging Support: assist in creating packaging graphics and docs.
