Effective cross-team communication and collaboration.

Responsibilities

Design original graphics, prints, patterns for licensed apparel.
Prepare tech packs detailing artwork placement, colors, measurements, materials, and construction.
Collaborate with design and merchandising to move concepts to production.
Inspect samples for accuracy and provide feedback for adjustments.
Coordinate with team and overseas partners to ensure adherence to approved designs.
Maintain organized art files, tech packs, specs, and sample notes.
