Top Echelon Software, LLC in New York, NY is seeking a creative Junior Graphic Designer to support the development of licensed sleepwear, loungewear, and intimate apparel. You’ll collaborate with licensing teams to translate entertainment properties into on-trend graphics for retail.

You’ll use Adobe Illustrator as the primary tool, develop tech packs, and help move products from concept to production while gaining hands-on experience across the full apparel design lifecycle.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a related design field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator is required.
• Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop is a plus.
• Strong visual design abilities and creativity.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Interest in licensed merchandise and apparel development.
• Experience with packaging design or tech packs is beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Design original graphics, prints, and artwork for licensed apparel.
• Prepare material for licensing requirements and brand standards.
• Develop tech packs detailing artwork placement and specs.
• Collaborate with design and merchandising teams through production.
• Inspect samples for graphic accuracy and color matching.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure approved designs are produced.
• Assist packaging graphics and related documentation as needed.
