Job summary

KingRecruitingServices is seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to create original graphics for licensed sleepwear, loungewear, and intimate apparel in New York. You will develop artwork that reflects branding and licensing requirements while learning apparel specifications and manufacturing processes.

Ideal candidates have strong Illustrator skills, a solid creative eye, and interest in garment tech packs, sample evaluation, and cross-team collaboration to support production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator; Photoshop a plus.
• Strong visual design, creativity, and attention to detail.
• Interest in licensed merchandise and apparel development.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective cross-team communication.

Responsibilities

• Design graphics, prints, and patterns for licensed apparel.
• Prepare and maintain tech packs with artwork placement and measurements.
• Collaborate with design and merchandising through development.
• Evaluate samples for color accuracy and design compliance.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure production aligns with designs.
• Maintain organized artwork files and specs.
• Support packaging graphics and related documentation when needed.
