Job summary

MillenniumSoft Inc. seeks a Junior Graphic Designer in Tempe, AZ for a 12-month contract on W2. The role supports the Creative Services team delivering high-quality marketing materials across channels. Work hours are 8a-5p on-site, 40 hours/week, 1st shift, with a focus on timely, brand-compliant visuals and production-ready assets.

Ideal candidates hold a design degree with 1–3 years of experience and full proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with Figma is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Associate degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• 1–3 years graphic design experience; portfolio is important.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite; Figma a plus.
• Strong PowerPoint and branded presentation skills.
• Solid layout, typography, and production abilities.
• Able to take direction and incorporate feedback.
• Attention to detail and time management.
• Works well in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Experience in print/digital ads or regulated healthcare devices is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the Creative Team by executing high-volume production work, updating assets, preparing files for deployment, and ensuring quality.
• Create and revise marketing collateral, brochures, sell sheets, ads, presentations, and digital assets.
• Support launches, conventions, campaigns, physician education, and internal comms.
• Prepare concepts, layouts, mockups, and final production files.
• Resize, update, and format assets per project needs and specs.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales Training, Physician Education, Conventions, and internal teams.
• Ensure materials follow brand standards and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with printers and vendors to meet timelines.
• Maintain organized project files and media management.
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines with quality output.
• Stay current on design practices, accessibility, and new tech.
• Present concepts and iterate on feedback from stakeholders.
