Qualifications

4+ years of professional graphic design experience supporting marketing organizations.
Strong portfolio across digital, print, events, presentations, and campaigns.
Experience designing and deploying marketing emails and landing pages within marketing automation platforms.
Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and brand consistency.
Experience integrating AI into the creative process to improve speed, quality, ideation, and productivity.
Ability to write prompts and critically evaluate AI-generated content, refining outputs to meet brand, accessibility, and design standards.
Experience designing polished executive presentations in PowerPoint.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Portfolio required.

Responsibilities

Design visual assets for digital, print, web, email, social media, presentations, paid advertising, and partner marketing campaigns.
Design event materials including booth graphics, signage, presentations, promotional collateral, and other in-person experiences.
Prepare production-ready files for print and digital distribution while ensuring quality, consistency, and technical accuracy.
Collaborate with marketers, copywriters, and stakeholders to translate creative briefs into compelling visual solutions.
Design, build, test, and deploy marketing emails and landing pages using HubSpot and Salesforce Pardot.
Leverage AI-powered creative and productivity tools to accelerate concept development, generate design variations, improve workflows, and enhance creative output while maintaining brand integrity.
Stay current on emerging AI technologies, design trends, and best practices, proactively identifying opportunities to improve team efficiency and creative excellence.
