Job summary

MillenniumSoft Inc. in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Junior Graphic Designer for a 12-month contract on W2. The role supports the Creative Services team in creating high-quality visual materials for marketing, training, and digital campaigns.

Onsite hours are 8a–5p, 40 hours per week, with compensation $30–$34 per hour; interviews begin with a phone/Teams screen. The ideal candidate holds a Graphic Design degree with 1–3 years of design experience, strong Adobe skills, and a solid portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in graphic design preferred.
• 1–3 years graphic design experience or internship with a portfolio.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Experience with PowerPoint and branded presentation materials.
• Strong layout, typography and production skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Experience in healthcare/medical device environments a plus.
• Familiarity with Figma is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the Creative Team by executing high-volume production work and updating assets.
• Prepare marketing collateral, brochures, sell sheets, ads, presentations, digital graphics, event materials, and training assets.
• Assist product launches, conventions, campaigns, and internal communications initiatives.
• Create concepts, layouts, mockups, and final production files.
• Coordinate with printers, vendors, and internal teams to meet production timelines.
• Maintain organized project files and digital asset archives.
• Present concepts during reviews and incorporate feedback from stakeholders.
