remoteo is seeking a Junior Functional Analyst to gather and document business requirements under the guidance of senior analysts. You will support end-to-end processes, collaborate with IT, and prepare key functional documents and test cases.

The role emphasizes learning, cross-functional collaboration, and working in an international environment, with English proficiency at B2 level as a baseline.

Qualifications

• Proactive attitude with strong willingness to learn.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Basic understanding of financial products, preferably within Wholesale Banking (FX, Fixed Income or Rates).
• Basic understanding of APIs, REST services and databases is desirable.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in an international environment.
• Language: High level of English (B2).

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements under the guidance of senior functional analysts.
• Support the definition and documentation of end-to-end business processes.
• Collaborate with IT teams to clarify functional requirements.
• Prepare functional documentation (Business Requirements, Functional Specifications, Process Flows, User Stories).
• Support the definition, preparation and execution of functional and UAT test cases.
• Assist in project tracking, reporting and status updates.
• Work effectively with different business and technology stakeholders.
