Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst (or similar role).
- Translate complex topics into clear requirements and solutions.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication in international contexts.
- Autonomous, proactive, and able to drive topics end-to-end.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Translate regulatory changes into business requirements and specs for design and delivery.
- Create and execute roadmaps with milestones and status updates, with or without a Product Owner.
- Coordinate with project management, software engineering, and vendors to align solutions.
- Document requirements, processes, and controls in Confluence and Jira.
- Own end-to-end delivery by managing backlog, supporting SIT/UAT, and production issues.
