Job summary

Techgene Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to serve as a critical liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams within a banking environment. You will elicit, analyze, document, and manage requirements for application development initiatives to ensure solutions meet regulatory and operational needs.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Business Systems Analysis experience.
• 3+ years in banking/financial services/fintech.
• Expertise in elicitation and documentation.
• Experience leading stakeholder interviews and workshops.
• Ability to translate business needs into detailed functional requirements.
• Solid understanding of SDLC and application development methodologies.
• Experience with Agile and/or Scrum.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for improvement in processes and workflows.
• Document BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, data maps, and traces.
• Serve as liaison between business units and technology teams.
• Support solution design, backlog management, and UAT planning.
• Ensure regulatory and risk considerations are addressed.
• Present findings to business and executive audiences.
