Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 2-year trade school in heavy/medium duty truck tech.
• Entry-level role with focus on learning preventive maintenance and repairs.
• No prior work experience required with proper education.

Responsibilities

• Learn to perform required inspections and preventive maintenance under supervision.
• Learn to perform maintenance repairs on engines, transmissions and vehicle systems.
• Document all work performed in SAP using standard format.
• Develop efficiency with Sysco maintenance computer programs.
• Assess roadworthiness and DOT compliance before returning equipment to operations.
