Job summary

NCR Voyix is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, maintain and service electromechanical equipment across a broad Southwest region, including self-checkout systems. The role requires local presence and willingness to travel.

You’ll work in a rotating shift pattern with overtime opportunities, starting with company-provided transportation and comprehensive benefits. Relevant technical skills are needed.

Qualifications

• Local candidate to specific geographic area.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record that satisfies NCR fleet requirements.
• PC skills, basic electronic skills, and some hardware/OS familiarity.
• Ability to perform essential functions of the job with or without accommodation.
• Prolonged travel with driving several hours per day.
• Rotating and weekend shifts; flexible shift work in teams.
• Carrying/lifting up to 75 lbs. without assistance, up to 150 lbs. with help.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer installations, maintenance, and service calls promptly.
• Service electromechanical equipment, including self-checkout systems, in territory.
• Conduct maintenance, repairs, preventive maintenance, and overhauls.
