You will work with senior engineers, receive structured training, and develop troubleshooting and customer-facing skills while supporting critical infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Associate degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, UPS, or related field.
• Must be fluent in English.
• Strong willingness to learn and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior engineers with installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, and repair of UPS or HVAC systems.
• Participate in structured training programs focused on safety, diagnostics, and equipment operation.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support under supervision.
• Support testing and inspection of systems to ensure performance and compliance.
• Complete service reports and documentation accurately and on time.
• Follow Delta’s safety and quality standards at all customer sites.
• Travel regionally (and occasionally nationwide) for field assignments.
