Job summary

Delta Electronics Americas is hiring an Entry-Level Field Service Engineer to train hands-on on UPS and HVAC systems at customer sites. Recent Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering graduates will gain skills through structured training and mentorship, while supporting real-world energy and telecom infrastructure.

You will travel regionally up to 80%, assist senior engineers, complete service reports, and advance toward senior engineering roles as you grow with the company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Fluent in English and good communication skills.
• Willingness to travel and learn safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior engineers with installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, and repair of UPS or HVAC systems.
• Participate in structured training programs focused on safety, diagnostics, and equipment operation.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support under supervision.
• Support testing and inspection of systems to ensure performance and compliance.
• Complete service reports and documentation accurately and on time.
• Follow safety and quality standards at customer sites.
• Travel regionally (and occasionally nationwide) for field assignments.
