Qualifications

• Associate/Technical/Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Fluent English required.
• Willingness to travel and hold a valid driver’s license.
• Strong communication, teamwork and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior engineers with installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, and repair of UPS or HVAC systems.
• Participate in structured training programs focusing on safety, diagnostics, and equipment operation.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support under supervision.
• Complete service reports and documentation accurately and on time.
• Follow safety and quality standards at all customer sites.
• Travel regionally and occasionally nationwide for field assignments.
