Job summary

Acutronic is seeking a Junior Service Engineer to troubleshoot, test, inspect, install and repair Acutronic products. You will inspect product quality, perform ATPs and ensure customer satisfaction through reliable field and in-house service.

The role requires an AS in electronics, 2+ years in electronics/manufacturing, travel up to 25% domestically with possible international trips, and a Real ID and U.S. passport for travel to customer facilities. Company-paid benefits and PTO are included.

Qualifications

• Associate of Science degree in electronics or equivalent
• 2+ years in electronics/manufacturing preferred
• Willingness to travel up to 25% domestically; occasional international travel may be necessary
• Valid Real ID and valid U.S. passport for travel to customer facilities

Responsibilities

• Inspect product quality and conduct performance tests per company procedures
• Perform Acceptance Test Procedures (ATPs) to ensure customer satisfaction
• Install and upgrade systems at customer facilities
• Perform in-house and field service troubleshooting and repair on equipment as required
