Job summary

Acutronic is seeking a Service Engineer to troubleshoot, test, install and repair Acutronic products at customer sites. The role includes hands-on field service, coordination of repairs, and ensuring customer satisfaction through ATPs and support requests.

Qualified candidates will have an AS in electronics, 2–3 years in services, travel up to 25% domestically, and valid Real ID and U.S. passport for travel.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in electronics or equivalent training.
• 2-3 years in Systems and Services Team or equivalent experience.
• Ability to travel up to 25% domestically; occasional international travel may be necessary.
• Valid Real ID driver’s license and a valid U.S. passport to be used for travel to customer facilities.

Responsibilities

• Inspect product quality and conduct performance tests utilizing company procedures.
• Perform Acceptance Test Procedures (ATPs) to ensure customer satisfaction of products.
• Install and upgrade systems at customer facilities.
• Perform in-house and field service troubleshooting and repair on equipment as required.
• Answer customer support requests via phone or email.
