Job summary

Limitless East Marketing is seeking an Entry Level Events Assistant to support the planning, organization, and execution of a wide variety of events—from corporate conferences to social gatherings.

You will work under senior event planners, gain hands-on experience in logistics, vendor coordination, attendee management, and event marketing, with mentorship and opportunities for growth in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with event management software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating and executing events from start to finish under the guidance of senior event planners.
• Support logistics planning, including venue selection, catering, transportation, and equipment setup.
• Maintain communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth event operations.
• Help with event marketing efforts, including social media promotion and attendee registration management.
• Assist in preparing materials such as signage, schedules, and attendee packets for events.
