The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, exhibits strong organizational and communication skills, and is proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite. This role offers growth, mentorship, and exposure to diverse clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Assist project managers in planning, executing, and closing projects according to deadlines and budget constraints.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports to ensure transparency and progress tracking.
• Schedule and facilitate project meetings, including preparing agendas and capturing meeting minutes.
• Monitor project status and elevate issues and risks to management as needed.
