Role Overview

We are seeking a Junior Event Producer focused on our K-12 programs. The ideal candidate will have experience managing at least one B2B conference or event and possess a strong understanding of what it takes to execute successful events. They will report to a Production Manager and collaborate with other Producers to ensure seamless event experiences.

This position offers hybrid/remote work options in NY, NJ, CT (with 2 days in office) or in CA, FL, TX, PA, GA, OH, IN (remote).

Responsibilities

• Research and develop engaging conference content with industry experts and internal teams
• Identify and secure delegates for speaking engagements
• Create detailed programs including sessions, keynote speakers, and curated content
• Update conference agendas and digital assets
• Maintain internal databases with current event information
• Negotiate speaker expenses within budget and coordinate with operations
• Ensure smooth on-site execution regarding speakers, timings, and technical needs
• Collaborate on all event preparation activities to ensure success
• Analyze past events for improvement opportunities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience in B2B event production
• Sales/prospecting experience with C-level executives
• Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines
• Excellent follow-up skills

Salary: $50,000 - $55,000 base + bonuses/incentives; Year 1 total: $65,000 - $70,000
