RTM Business Group is hiring a Junior Event Producer for their K-12 programs. This is a full-time, hybrid or remote role based in NY, NJ, CT, CA, FL, TX, PA, GA, OH, IN, or SC.

Responsibilities include:

• Researching and creating content for conferences
• Identifying and contacting speakers
• Creating detailed conference programs
• Updating agendas and digital assets
• Maintaining databases
• Negotiating speaker expenses
• Ensuring smooth on-site event execution
• Collaborating with operations teams
• Analyzing past events for improvements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience in B2B event production
• Sales/prospecting skills with C-level executives
• Organized, proactive, detail-oriented
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Excellent follow-up skills
• Technologically proficient

Preferred: Experience with Canva.

Salary ranges from $50,000 to $55,000 plus bonuses, with expected total compensation of $65,000-$70,000 in the first year.
