Help shape the future of disability advocacy from anywhere!Right to Live Canada is seeking a passionate, organized Recruiting Manager to drive our remote volunteer program. You’ll play a crucial role in recruiting, onboarding, and supporting the volunteers who power our mission.------ What You’ll Do:- Collaborate with leadership to identify volunteer needs- Write and post engaging volunteer ads (with support and/or research as needed)- Post opportunities on volunteer boards, social media, university job sites, etc.- Proactively reach out to schools, programs, and community organizations- Screen applicants, coordinate interviews, and help onboard new team members- Support ongoing volunteer engagement and retention through regular check-ins- Keep records and provide weekly updates to leadership------ What We’re Looking For:- Excellent written communication and organization skills- Experience with volunteer recruitment, HR, or related fields is a plus- Comfortable researching and drafting position ads, or eager to learn!- Proactive, self-motivated, and team-orientedCommitment: ~5-10 hours/week, flexible and fully remote. 4-6 month term preferred.------ Interested?Send a brief note about your interest and any relevant experience through Volunteer Connector or to volunteer@RightToLive.ca .
