Job summary

Green Water is seeking a Jr. Construction Manager to oversee field operations for commercial EV charging projects in Los Angeles and nearby counties.

The role directs installation crews, coordinates with engineering and procurement, and ensures sites are completed safely, on schedule, and to high quality standards. This is a high-visibility leadership position requiring management of multiple sites, a strong focus on safety, and the ability to mentor installers and lead technicians across the

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years electrical experience.
• Minimum 3 years' experience leading construction crews.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail oriented and impeccable organizational skills.
• Ability to read single line diagrams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle.
• Willingness to travel throughout Los Angeles and surrounding counties.

Responsibilities

• Lead 2-3 installation crews on EV charging projects.
• Direct day-to-day site operations and safety.
• Coordinate with engineering and procurement on plans.
• Schedule preconstruction walks and post-construction inspections.
• Assist in final inspections and site photo documentation.
• Coordinate vehicle and equipment maintenance.
• Ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality.
• Communicate with procurement to obtain materials.
• Coordinate delivery of chargers to sites.
• Help create weekly crew schedules.
• Visit sites to monitor progress and mitigate issues.
• Foster safety, quality, and efficiency culture.
• Assist in planning for new site construction.
• Ensure crew permits execution.
• Report concerns to engineering and relay messages to crews.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
