Job summary

DynaChrg is seeking a Technical Construction Project Manager to lead EV charging and electrical-infrastructure projects from site assessment through commissioning in Southern California.

The role requires strong construction-management experience, ability to read electrical drawings, coordinate utilities and contractors, and travel for site visits. Flexible work-from-home options are available but not fully remote.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in construction or technical infrastructure project-management.
• Experience with EV charging or electrical infrastructure projects.
• Ability to read drawings, diagrams, specs, and scopes.
• Strong field problem-solving, organization, and stakeholder management.
• Willingness to travel and operate in Southern California.

Responsibilities

• Lead EV charging and electrical projects from preconstruction to closeout.
• Review drawings, diagrams, schedules for scope and constructability.
• Coordinate electrical, civil, structural, utility, and charging requirements.
• Manage utility applications, permits, and energization processes.
• Develop scopes of work, RFPs, bids, and contractor pricing.
• Oversee contractors, suppliers, and commissioning teams.
• Monitor costs, schedules, risks, RFIs, and closeout docs.
