Job summary

Green Water and Power in California is seeking an experienced Project Manager to build and lead a new Greenfield Construction Team. You will own ground-up EV charging projects from undeveloped land through energization and handoff to Operations & Maintenance, directing a traveling team of skilled trades and subcontractors nationwide.

The role requires hands-on leadership of pre-construction planning, field execution, safety, scheduling, budgeting, and coordination with utilities, AHJs, and

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of construction experience.
• Experience with civil, underground utility, concrete, and electrical scopes.
• Ability to read civil, grading, structural, and electrical drawings.
• Knowledge of NEC and OSHA standards.
• Proficiency with scheduling tools (Salesforce) and MS Office.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Willingness to travel 75–100% nationwide.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead due diligence and site walks with geotechnical and survey data.
• Develop schedules, budgets, and staffing plans for earthwork and electrical work.
• Coordinate utility service applications and metering requirements.
• Direct day-to-day field activities and safety meetings.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, and inspections.
• Serve as primary contact for owners and client reps.
• Deliver as-built drawings and O&M docs.
