Job summary

Green Water and Power is seeking a Senior Level EV Installer to join our California team. You will install commercial EV charging stations under a certified electrician’s supervision, handle wiring for AC and DC systems, and ensure safety and quality on job sites.

The role requires 3+ years of hands-on electrical installation, an EVITP certificate with a path to licensure, and OSHA 10. Travel to various sites is expected with a strong emphasis on safety and professional growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on electrical installation, construction, or related field.
• EVITP certificate with the goal of obtaining a licensed electrician.
• Knowledge of NEC Article 690 and local electrical codes/regulations.
• Proficient in electrical wiring, conductor deployment, and troubleshooting.
• Must have OSHA 10 certification.

Responsibilities

• Install EV charging stations under the guidance of a certified electrician.
• Perform wiring for AC and DC EV charger systems.
• Install and mount chargers, bend conduit, pull wires, program stations.
• Coordinate procurement and delivery of materials to the site.
• Mentor and train junior installers to stay on task during shifts.
