InCharge Energy seeks a Site Superintendent in Los Angeles to manage EV charger installations across multiple sites. You\'ll lead field teams, coordinate subcontractors, ensure safety and quality, and deliver turnkey projects on schedule.

The role requires 10–15+ years of electrical construction experience, a Journeyman level or higher license, OSHA 30, and ability to travel regionally. Strong client-facing communication and startup adaptability are essential.

Qualifikationen

• 10-15+ years of electrical construction experience required.
• Electrical Journeyman or higher qualification required.
• OSHA 30 certification required.
• Forklift and Lull certifications required.
• ECAP and EVITP certifications or ability to obtain within 120 days.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-growing startup environment.
• Strong client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently with limited supervision.

Aufgaben

• Oversee all phases of EV charger installation and commissioning.
• Supervise construction teams and subcontractors to meet AHJ requirements.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Engineers and Customers to resolve challenges.
• Support subcontractor selection and buyout activities.
• Develop and manage field schedules with weekly updates.
• Maintain accurate cost tracking and reporting.
• Schedule subcontractors, vendors and on-site commissioning to meet schedules.
• Maintain project documentation including progress reports and change orders.
• Perform quality control and uphold safety standards daily.
• Conduct daily site walks to verify quality, safety and schedule compliance.
• Identify and complete job progress and closeout punch lists.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to field staff.
• Perform on-site boltdowns and commissioning of chargers.
