Job summary

Beacon Hill is actively seeking a Junior Project Manager to support an upcoming ERP implementation. This opportunity is three days onsite in Lake Forest, IL.

Responsibilities include keeping project managers informed of tool changes, developing and delivering training materials for end-users, and providing training on project management tools. You will collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to deliver high-quality resources and provide regular status updates to leadership.

Qualifications

• 2+ years IT project management experience
• 1+ year of ADO or Jira experience
• Regulated environment experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Keep Project Managers informed of project management tool/technology changes and implications to their work.
• Develop and maintain training materials for new and existing end-users.
• Provide training for project team members on the use of project management tools and related technologies.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and other stakeholders to develop and deliver engaging, high-quality training materials and resources, including presentations, workshops, e-learning modules, and user guides.
• Provide regular updates and reports to leadership on the status, progress, and outcomes of major projects.
• Facilitate communication between project managers and executive leaders to ensure alignment with organizational goals and priorities.
