Job summary

Pacific Office Automation in Beaverton, OR is seeking an ERP Project Coordinator to bridge business needs and technical solutions across ERP systems and data initiatives.

You will manage cross-functional projects, develop SQL reporting solutions, support data migrations and system integrations, and help implement scalable processes that improve efficiency. This full-time, in-office role offers growth through exposure to enterprise systems and strategic data projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of experience working with ERP systems, databases, or database administration.
• Strong working knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Experience troubleshooting system, database, and data-related issues.
• Ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects and business initiatives from planning through completion.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align priorities, timelines, tasks, and project requirements.
• Develop and maintain advanced SQL reporting solutions, including queries, stored procedures, and views.
• Support database mergers and data migrations related to acquisitions, including data mapping, transformation, validation, and reconciliation.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, consistency, and security across systems.
• Design, develop, and maintain integrations between ERP platforms and other business systems.
• Develop automation solutions to improve data synchronization, reduce manual processes, and streamline workflows.
• Monitor and optimize database performance, structure, and security.
• Manage advanced eAutomate configurations and troubleshoot complex system and data issues.
• Coordinate system upgrades, enhancements, and vendor-supported changes.
• Translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.
• Identify opportunities to improve systems, processes, reporting, and data management.
• Provide ongoing support for enterprise systems and critical business initiatives.
